Terms of Service

Konsilium Personal Automation Server (PAS) · Effective 28 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Konsilium Personal Automation Server ("PAS", "the application"), a private, self-hosted automation tool operated by Konsilium Strategic Advisory Inc. ("Konsilium", "we") of Montréal, Québec, Canada. PAS is intended solely for use by its operator, Christian Knudsen, and is not offered to the public.

1. Description of the service

PAS is a personal automation server that connects to the operator's own Google Workspace data (Drive, Docs, and Sheets) and other services to perform file-management and productivity tasks that the operator initiates. It is a single-operator tool with no third-party user accounts.

2. Eligibility and access

Access is restricted to the operator. Authentication is performed through Google's OAuth 2.0 flow and the application's own authorisation layer. No account creation is offered to any other party.

3. Acceptable use

The operator agrees to use PAS only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any connected third-party service, including Google's terms and API policies. The application must not be used to access data belonging to any person who has not authorised it.

4. Third-party services

PAS relies on third-party services, including Google APIs. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Konsilium is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

5. No warranty

PAS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability. The operator uses the application at their own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konsilium Strategic Advisory Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including data loss, arising from the use of or inability to use the application.

7. Termination

The operator may discontinue use and revoke the application's access at any time through the Google Account permissions page. Konsilium may modify or discontinue the application at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
